<Job Responsibilities>
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop forecast, financial objectives and annual business plans
- Meet goals set by HO and manage budget & allocate funds appropriately
- Establish network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
- Establish good communication with the Dealer, Leasing Company, Ministry staff and Customers
- Support establishing support offices
- Generate weekly and monthly report, sales and activity reports to Manager
- Develop, grow and support the team for a better personal development
- Establish and maintain specific work goal and assignment for subordinates
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Mechanization / Mechanical Engineering or similar
・Business English proficiency
・5 years as Marketing function in the same industry with 3 years as Branch Office Manager or similar
・Good understanding of sales policies and regulations in Indonesia
・Knowledge of Government tender
・Good coaching skills and experience
・Own SIM A
・Professional, initiative, good management skills, result driven, detail oriented, flexible, good leadership skill
・Proficiency in MS Office esp. MS Excel
