- Manage FA Dept
<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist General Manager, Corporate Administration in overseeing and managing the full spectrum of Finance and Accounting activities
- Manage tax audit
- Create accurate financial statements and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities
- Analyze, evaluate and investigate financial statements, reports and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policy and Indonesian GAAP.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and reports, cost control analysis, tax strategy, budget forecasts, and inventories control.
- Manage monthly and annual closing of accounts and preparation of the monthly and annual financial reports.
- Provide financial data to parent company for consolidation purpose on a timely basis.
- Function as approving authority for all company expenditure and payments in accordance to the Company’s authorization matrix.
- Prepare the required materials for PPM meeting.
- Lead the semi-annual stock taking of inventory and fixed assets in accordance to the company plan.
- Manage all tax filling and interface with respective government agencies related to tax and audit compliance.
- Manage all audit requirements (with regards to accounting and taxation).
- Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
- Cash flow management to keep healthy financial condition.
- Prepare financial budget and analyze financial result compared to budgeted amounts.
- Relationship management with the tax auditors, local finance office, and other internal or external stakeholders to protect company.
- Develop, grow and support the members of the FA Department (e.g. via coaching/mentoring, promoting personal development plans, etc.)
- Cooperate with other directors and divisions for optimal business result as a whole company.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma degree in Accounting/Finance
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 10 years as Finance, Accounting & Tax with 5 years as managerial function including in Japanese manufacturing company
・Experienced in cost accounting, doing negotiations with local tax office, and using accounting system
・Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
・Hard working, able to work under pressure, good leadership skills, smart, detail oriented
