- Manage factory maintenance
- Create report for progress
- Create target and maintenance program
- Manage and control factory mechanical tools
- Supervise subordinates and contribute to section growth
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Maintenance Chief/Staff
・Own CSWIP NDT Penetrant certification
・Experienced in handling inspection rotating equipment
・Good leadership, hardworking, good interpersonal skill
・Residing near Cilegon
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
