Mold Production Control - Manufacture

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support Press Production Control Div.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Estimate customer demand and production planning
- Doing actual data input Molding production for stock control
- Making Daily & Monthly production planning
- Negotiating with customers and other departments
- Make a regular maintenance schedule, which is reflected in the production planning
- Doing stock opname Part & Materials, Making Reports and Cycle Time Reports, submitting to the Accounting Dept
- Control delivery schedule part to external customer
- Doing daily stock monitoring Part
- Control material Vendor
- Make forecast material base on production plan
- Make material planning based on PC planning
- Carry out improvement activities
- Support ISO Deployment
- Create process procedures (Work Instructions or SOPs) for new machines and those already in mass production
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma degree
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 2 year as Production Control for Mold
・MS Office proficiency
・Hardworking, good communication, good interpersonal skills, good work ethic

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese company
・Able to join ASAP
