Sales AVP - Property Developer (Batam)

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support Sales

<Job Responsibilities>
- Understand the existing properties provided by the company and assist to develop appropriate business plan and sales strategy to achieve team targets
- Identify market opportunities and develops an effective business plan / sales strategy that taps into new markets and brings in revenue for the company
- Execute specific campaigns and distribution programs to ensure maximum impact in the marketplace and the achievement of the desired sales targets
- Successful campaign that creates an impactful awareness of the project and subsequently translates into excellent sales results
- Prompt generation of sales documents, duly completed sales documents and prompt receipt of booking fee to secure sales transaction
- Timely and useful information on market trend and market sentiments to devise effective sales strategies
- Develop and maintain market research capabilities which will enable the company to keep abreast of new products introduced by others; market conditions; trends; competitors’ packages etc
- Always maintain the condition of the show-flat, ensuring show-flat are open during the operating hours and there are sales personnel manning the reception counter to attend to walk-ins
- Establish good rapport with marketing agents to increase exposure of our projects to prospective buyers
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 10 years as Sales Property in Developer
・Experienced and knowledgeable in Batam property market
・Motivated, enthusiastic, hard working, dynamic, good leadership skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to speak Mandarin
