<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle and solve customer problems & complaints to promote customer satisfaction and also maintain existing customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationship to ensure future sales
- Support management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Coordinate sales efforts with Shipping , Finance and other related department
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Needs to have either A or B below
A: Chemical Engineering (Science) Bachelor with Sales or Sales Engineer experience in Trading company or Manufacturing company
OR
B : Any bachelor with Sales or Sales Engineer experience for lubricants products or adhesives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (business level)
- Proficient computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Being physically and mentally healthy
- Have a commitment to excellent customer service
- Driving license holder SIM A or C
- Wiling to have mobile works
