SAP Application Executive - Trading

<Job Responsibilities>
•To support Regional SAP Application System (ERP 6.0) with the objective of business continuity and business process efficiency (SAP) and commit/work within the Service Level Agreement (SLA). The support and maintenance including SAP Enquiries, Enhancements/Development, provide resolution for Issues, Monitoring Scheduled Jobs/Interfaces/System work processes, Conducting half-yearly User Inventory Exercises, Weekly Weekly Security Audit checks and Upgrade activities.
•To implement SAP Projects as well as providing Level 1, 2 and 3 support of SAP ERP 6.0 (SAP FI, CO, SD, MM, CS, PP, QM, BW, BO and BPC modules), maintaining proper documentation and compliance to IT General Controls. To participate in end to end project life cycle: Analysis, Design, System configuration/Development, Test, Deployment activities.
•To ensure smooth operations of the suite of Corporate IT Applications for Business Units/Supporting Units. To manage SAP incidents as per SLA requirements
•To collaborate, communicate, analyze and understand business requirements from internal customers and translate into system design and technical solution.
•To conduct and provide training to SAP Users
•To assist and participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation project on top of the day-to-day operation as mentioned above

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
•Bachelor Degree in IT Related
•Experience in SAP (FI, CO, SD, MM, CS, PP, QM, BW, BO and BPC modules)
•Experience in SAP S/4 HANA
•SAP certification(s)
