<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support sales team to perform good quality service for Clients
<Job Responsibilities>
- Preparing quotation, receive PO, handling delivery, maintain customers.
- Negotiate with customers and related department.
- Analyze customer complain (problem solving).
- Analyze forecast for arrange stock and check for order quantity.
- Calculate & control stock order against delivery and forecast.
- Conduct internal & external meeting
- Preparing report (stock, sales, meeting, etc)
- Ensure profitable after-sales business to dealers by checking cost of purchasing regularly.
- Other duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Diploma's degree.
・1 year of experience as sales / sales admin support in Trading company or Manufacturing company.
・Experienced in handling customer or making PO & DO
・Good in Ms. Office, Excel is a must
・Business level English
・Have a good vision, ready do to overtime, can work in team, resistant to pressure
・Must be able to join immediately.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to speak in Japanese is an advantage
