<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support IT Software Development

<Job Responsibilities>
- Purchase Software / System
- Analyze & identify of IT Software / System needs, consolidate with user requests
- Control project implementation
- Analyze and identify of application / system development plans
- Implement the development schedule plan (Programming, make code build log, etc.)
- Control development implementation
- Analyze and review on development completion & impacts
- Create standard and procedure documents for new projects that have been completed
- Identify problem categories that have occurred and grouping them based on the impact of major / minor problems
- Control operational support activities
- Analyze and review operational support activities with problems that have occurred and risks that will occur
- Analyze and identify the planned maintenance schedule based on mapping problems and risks
- Controlling maintenance activities
- Analyze and review of maintenance activities and the resulting impacts
- Suggest IT Software Development plans
- Define IT Software Development module design
- Create policies related to company software usage
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Informatic Engineering / Electro Engineering from reputable univ.
・Min. 1 year of experience as IT Software Development
・Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, good leadership skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese company
