<Job Responsibilities>
-Producing effective kick-off and onboarding meetings for the early beginning of customer transition.
-Customer Activation consists of tenant & user registration
-Configure customer's KPI and call memos based on customer business model.
-Gather important points of customer activity.
- Analyze customer situation.
- Finalize & visualize customer KPI.
- Monitor, Analyze & Review customer activity on tool
-Maintaining excellent communication & relationship with all customers and being willing to visit the customer.
-Achieve Customer Success target
-Other related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Have experience handling SMB, SME, Banking, and Insurance customers for Saas products.
・Have experience as Customer Success / Account Manager in a technology company/start-up.
・ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving and critical thinking.
・ Familiar with Google Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, and similar applications (Salesforce / Hubspot is a plus point).
・Business level English
