<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Finance and Accounting function
<Job Responsibilities>
- Calculate and make monthly & yearly tax report including PPh 21, PPh23, PPh 4(2), PPh26, PPh25 PPN
- Make E-SPT and E-Facture
- Handle PPN restitution
- Do Tax audit
- Make financial report (balance sheet, PL, cash flow, and budgeting)
- Prepare Supplier payment
- Handle petty cash and payments
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma degree in Accounting from reputable university
・Conversational English (for reporting orally and written)
・Min. 2 years as Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor
・Working experience in hospitality industry
・Experienced in handling tax report, e-spt, e-facture, ppn restitution, tax audit, financial report, petty cash and payments
・Own Brevet A&B cert.
・Experienced in using MS Excel and Accounting Software
・Hardworking, good interpersonal skill, good work ethics, flexible
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese company
・Able to join ASAP
