<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support Maintenance for IT
<Job Responsibilities>
- Technical Support (Level2), handle customer request by phone or email
- Monitor and maintain client’s IT environment
- Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Carry out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
- Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Be on site for customer support when needed
- Suggestion of IT solutions
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma degree in IT related major
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 3 years as IT Engineer, experienced in network and server (VM server, Network security and voice preferably) in IT Solutions company
・Able to join less than 1 month
・Willing to mobile for visits to clients
・Good communication, hardworking, dedicated, good problem solving, initiative, smart, friendly, responsible, able to work under pressure, adaptive
