- Support sales department in performing administration matters

- Receiving and processing purchase order
- Create monthly report
- preparing invoices to customers
- import processing of cargo from Japan once a week (communication with carriers)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Have a minimum of D3 degree in any majors
・Have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales administration in Trading Company
・Have good skill in Ms. Office
・Have conversational level of English skill
・Fast learner, able to work in less supervision, persistent, pay attention to details, good communication and interpersonal skills
