<Job Responsibilities>
- Finding new client and maintaining exist client.
- Making appointments and visiting clients.
- Develop sales pipeline and carry out solutions selling according to sales cycles.
- Conduct product offers and negotiate with clients.
- Make daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Responsible for making and collecting payments from each clients.
- Able to increase sales and achieve sales targets.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree from reputable university
・Conversational level in English
・Has minimum 2 years experience handling sales in Chemical Construction materials such as waterproofing, grounting,epoxy coating flooring, strengthening materials, etc.
・Excellent customer service, sales skill, and presentation skill
・Has strong verbal and written communication skills
・Excellent in MS Office
・Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
・Have an energetic and dynamic personality
・Own a car and a driving license
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Has experience handling sales project in Building material.
