IT Supervisor - Food Manufacture

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- IT Operations and Development

<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop current application and system
- Support usage of company application system
- Make operational activity report
- Continuously improve working efficiency and process
- Deliver solution for internal business units
- Make, maintain and improve SOP and other standardization
- Oversee IT asset and inventory including computers, servers, printers and networking devices
- Oversee networking, application server and backup server operations
- Oversee network, endpoint and physical security operations
- Oversee communication services (email, conference room operations)
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in IT related major
・Conversational English proficiency (sufficient for writing management report in English)
・Min. 3 years as IT function with 2 years in FMCG industry
・Experienced in Windows Server Environment (AD FS, DNS, Printer Server), edge network infrastructure and cloud support, ERP, WMS, HRIS, application system development
・Willing to travel to Jakarta office periodically (there is a driver)
・Critical thinking, initiative, proactive, good analytical skill, good communication skill, well organized, hard working and good time management

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Network and infrastructure certification
