Store Development Asst. Mgr - Entertainment

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Handle Site-Development

<Job Responsibilities>
- Search for potential location for permanent store opening
- Search for potential atrium or exhibition for inflatable park and pop up
- Negotiate to malls related store opening, fit outs and after operational
- Act as a bridge for management and mall coordination regarding all leasing unit problem
- Review LOO, LOI, MOU, Confirmation Letter and Lease agreement, also request for Legal Review
- Check and process rental invoice, service charge, and utility deadline
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree in Management or related
・Conversational Level English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Business Development for Site (retail, property, F&B), with network and connection related to store openings
・ Experienced in negotiating, area research, reviewing LOO, LOI, MOU, Confirmation Letter and Lease agreement
・Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
・Stable employment not a job hopper
・Willing to travel for site research (1-2 times a month if needed)
・Working experience in Japanese or other multinational company
・Good analytical skill, detail oriented, good problem solving skill, good communication skill, smart. fast paced
