<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support After Sales Division
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handling problem at clients apartment, complaints and requests
- Customers support & Japanese speaker (Japanese Translator)
- Arrange schedule with technician, property agent and clients
- Make daily, monthly and yearly reports
- Make listing of clients date, check documents, collaborate with marketing team, and become a consultant for clients
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Conversational Japanese proficiency (min. N3) and English proficiency
・Min. 2 years as After Service function
・Familiar with property in Jakarta
・Willing to travel daily
・Able to work independently and in team, good interpersonal skills, serious work attitude, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable, detail-oriented, precise, able to work hard with targets and deadlines
