<Job Responsibilities>
- Respond to emails and phone calls from customer with applied service level agreement
- IT Support by phone, email or remote
- Update troubleshoot progress to internal and external
- Manage support to third parties (vendor, distributor, principal, ISP, etc.)
- Update ticket system and reporting
- Manage support engineer scheduling
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. D3 Degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 2 years of experience as IT Helpdesk with experience as Engineer
