As Business Development (Sales role), this position is responsible for introducing our recruitment service (HR Solution) to new clients and encouraging them to use our service in order to solve its organization issues.
<Details>
- Research potential clients and check manpower plan with HR or management by phone call or email
- Visit clients (or set up online meeting) to introduce our recruitment service and get information about their HR/business problem and candidates' requirement
- Explain and negotiate with clients about agreement conditions
- Acquire client's detailed information about their business, organization, job scope and requirements
- Share full job information to Recruiting Advisor and Career Advisor team
- Input the client contact history on database
- Not limited to only the job description above, but also implement any kinds of activities to realize the main purpose.

- Open for fresh graduates
- Bachelor's degree
- Business level English
- Strong passion for a career as Sales role and no fear to call clients on the phone
- Personality to achieve target and work under the pressure
