- Planning and developing business for headquarters operation
<Job Responsibilities>
- Planning and developing of new store development
- Coordination with vendors to handle all of business needs
- Doing marketing-related work such as promotion plans, development of new menus, etc.
- Collaboration with internal teams
- Support and back up all stores operational improvement
- Other operations related to management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree in any major
・Business level in English
・Has at least 10 experience as Business Development and Business planning, included 7 years experience in managerial level in B2C
・Well experience in business expansion (Especially new store/restaurant/hotel development) and business strategic
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Has experience in similar company
・Can speak Japanese is advantage
