<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate and manage all external ISO audits
- ISO Documentation (Document Controller/Internal Auditor)
- Conduct employee ISO training
- Calibration schedule management and conducting quality audits of process and procedures
- Developing and implementing quality improvement plan
- Update freshsales and check Zoho related Sales Activity
- Other responsibilities related.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree in IT related major
・Business level in English
・Has at least 2 year in Quality Control in IT Industry
・Has experience in ISO and Quality Management System (QMS)
・Knowledge of corrective action
・Has good skill in spreadsheet
・Strong in administration document
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Speak Japanese is advantage
・Experience in Quality System Certification is a plus
