Work details
- Answering customer inquiries and input the right information into the system, scheduling meetings and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status
- Compiling any sales information, sales reports, projects management in the system, and providing sales data
- Performing data entry tasks for sales figures and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system
- Managing sample shipments to customers and inter companies
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account status, and other problems
- Handling administrative duties for the company and management teams
- Reporting any unusual activity
- Other marketing support related tasks
- Other task as assigned
・Have at least 1-2 year work experience as marketing/sales support
・Minimum could understand English (passive its okay)
・Computer literate (especially Ms. Excel)
・Preferred candidates who living in Jabodetabek
