<Job Responsibilities>
- Preparing quotation, receive PO, handling delivery, maintain customers.
- Negotiate with customers and related department.
- Analyze customer complain (problem solving).
- Calculate & control stock order against delivery and forecast.
- Conduct internal & external meeting
- Preparing report (stock, sales, meeting, etc)
- Other duties as assigned.
<Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan>
- Mempersiapkan penawaran, menerima PO, menangani pengiriman, memelihara pelanggan.
- Bernegosiasi dengan pelanggan dan departemen terkait.
- Menganalisa keluhan pelanggan (penyelesaian masalah).
- Menghitung & mengontrol stok barang sesuai dengan pengiriman dan perkiraan.
- Mengadakan rapat internal & eksternal
- Mempersiapkan laporan (stok, penjualan, rapat, dll)
- Tugas-tugas lain yang ditugaskan.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・1 year of experience as Sales Administration
・Business English proficiency.
・Advanced in Ms. Office.

・Gelar sarjana
・Pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai Administrasi Penjualan
・Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris Bisnis.
・Menguasai Microsoft
