<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Providing administration support to Sales Representative and Managers.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Create PO and DO with CRM System (BeeLine)
- Communication with Nikon Japan about PO, delivery, and all documentation
- Data entry (sales figures, property listings, etc)
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Other related tasks.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree majoring in any major
・ Business level in English
・Has experience at least 2 years as Sales Admin or Export Import Admin
・Able to operate Microsoft and CRM System
・Good communication and proactive
・Able to work in a team and independently
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese company
