- Handle people development & recruitment
- Prepare and do trainings
- Supervise HR Admin & Payroll
- Do Industrial Relations responsibilities (i.e. coordinate with union)
- Handle employee remuneration planning
- Prepare HR Dept. budgeting and planning
- Make report regularly to management
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Male/Female 35 - 40 years old
・Bachelor's degree from reputable university
・Conversational English proficiency (able to report orally and written in English)
・Min. 5 years as HR Assistant Manager in manufacturing company with scale of at least 300 employees
・Strong knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practice
・Having experience dealing with Union
・Having knowledge of HRIS
・Good communication skills, hardworking, good leadership, honest, positive attitude, organized, good time management
