<Job Responsibilities>
・Assist Sales Support Manager to enhance and monitor internal process of Sales Activity - specific administration tasks on multiple projects.
・Monitor and develop Monthly Sales Performance Reports.
・Manage database in spreadsheets and reports.
・Manage other administrative matter related to the sales activities.
・Work with Logistic Team to monitor quality matter of our supplier.
・Liaise with Finance Team to monitor the credit transaction of our distributor.
・Preparing and providing documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams
・Checking content of Sales Agreement and propose amendment if necessary.
・Organize and schedule meetings.
・Other duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Minimum Bachelor's Degree
・Conversational to Business English proficiency.
・3 years of experience as Sales Admin from any Manufacturing company
・Proficient knowledge in Ms. Office (Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel)
