Producion & Maintenance Ass Mgr

<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible to control the production process
- Responsible to control manufacturing Instruction sheet of Manufacturing process
- Responsible to handle nonconforming process
- Responsible to input shop floor and Macola registration
- Responsible to handle in-line process
- Responsible to monitor the production procResponsible to create and manage production starndard costess/performance
- Create all standard documents and records in production process
- Assist to trial production of new products
- Responisble to maintain all the production machines and equipments
- Create and monitor schedule and review result for preventive maintainance

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Have degree in Engineering
- Have a minimum of 3 years working experience in production and at least 5 years in handling Maintenance (equipment/machines)
- have a minimum of 5 years experience as a coordinator / Supervisor in Instrumentation/electrical machinery industry is preferred
- Able to read drawings
- Excellent in preparing production budget
- Business English level skill
- Excellent in operating Ms. Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
- The candidate must have management, leadership, skills
- Willing to work in Cikarang

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Exp in Japanese grease / lubricant manufacturing company
・Able to speak Japanese
