- Understand about Labor Law
- Understand system of BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- Create and prepare work contracts for new employees, companies and customers
- Carry out the recruitment process
- Carry out the process of inputting attendance, overtime and payroll data
- Other related tasks as assigned
・Min. 2 years experience as Admin HR Legal staff in Manufacturing industry
・Able to operate Microsoft Office
・English verbal and written ability
・Discipline, diligent, and able to work under pressure
