Work details
- Assists application team and deal with overall activities for applications.
- Collaborates internally and externally to expand new concepts & food application development opportunities
- Works with Marketing/Sales closely to develop & execute programs to support customers from the aspect of application and sensory evaluation.
- Works closely with flavor chemists to fill the flavor portfolio gaps and deliver new innovation to market
- Assists sensory projects
- Coordinates Flavor Library and its shipping
- Manage priorities with timelines/deadlines to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner; this includes maintaining application lab resources, cleanliness and organization of applications lab and lab records (including accurate formulation sheets and formula logs) and identifying product or equipment improvements to purchase as necessary.
- Maintains strict level of confidentiality regarding laboratory results and record
- Contributes ideas and concepts to initiate or advance food projects
- Evaluates food trends and actively search for ways to implement our branded technology into foods
- Assist flavor chemists with various flavor testing projects to determine stability, visibility and appropriate usage levels in the intended customer applications.
- Investigates, creates, validates, and develops new methods, protocols, and technologies for food applications
- Understands manufacturing processes for each application
- Deals with troubleshoot issues of food recipe/blend creation
- Share useful information with other departments through an application point of view
・Female max 34 years old
・Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/food technologist
・Having 3+ years of food applications work in Savory flavor product is a must
・ Good communication skills
・Desire and ability to lead projects of application & presentation, and detail oriented
・Good computer skills (Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
・ Passionate and creative about food and culinary science
・Try to recognize, identify possible causes and resolve routine end products problems
