Work details
- Answering customer inquiries and input the right information into the system, scheduling meetings and sales
appointments, and following up with customers about their order status.
- Compiling any sales information, sales reports, projects management in the system, and providing sales data
- Performing data entry tasks for sales figures and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system
- Managing sample shipments to customers and inter companies
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account status, and other problems
- Handling administrative duties for the company and management teams
- Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors
- Other sales support related tasks assigned by superiors.
- Welcoming guest, phone call and transfer to the team

・A bachelors or diploma in marketing, business, or related field
・Have minimum 3-year experience in same field
・Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
・Excellent teamwork, motivational, good interpersonal skills, good communication and customer service skills
・Experience in administration and high-volume office work
・Ability to multitask
・Computer literacy, IT skills, and good typing skills
・Have understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
