Sales Assistant Manager (Manufacturing for Urethane Foam)

Responsibilities
1. Sell Foam Products
a. Manage distributor office, promotion and collect outstanding sales
b. Business Development (Find new client)
c. Market research, competitor research and application development


2. Create Sales Planning and then implement it
3. Manage group member and give instruction
4. Design Sales Strategy and Implement it


Requirements
1. Experienced as sales (B to B) more than 10 years
2. Good negotiation ability with customer
3. Excellent communication skill, ambitious spirit in terms of implement his/her tasks
4. Has wide network, willing to move to field (lapangan) to solve problem
5. Obey due date, rules, and any regulations. Also able to give instruction to subordinates so that all subordinates obey rules also.
6. able to detect problem actively, collect information, think, and then give improvement to customer
7. Unorthodox type, able to do flexible
8. Has good business sense 
9. Has experience to educate and train subordinate
10. Has leadership to motivate related division, internal division member 


Desirable Experiences
- Chinese Desendant and experienced in Manufacturing for Urethane Foam industry (mattress, Bed, sofa and any furniture which is using foam)


Desirable Character
- Aggressive, Energetic, good communication/ negotiation skills and good logical thinking
