System Operation Engineer For IT Consultancy Industry

Postion : System Operation Engineer for IT Consultancy Company


Resposibilities :
• Conduct Project Management process according to applied BSI Project Methodology based on the determined role
• Involve in design of new functions and enhancements to existing infrastructure applications, software, and operating systems
• Proactively learn new technologies to support enhancement of current services
• Provide periodic report based on the needs of related organizations requirement
• Support to realize improvement resumed in SII document
• Resolve incident to ensure the SLA achievement
• Support in execution of data center facility maintenance management
• Performing tape backup management in order to achieve SLA




Requirements :
• Male / Female
• Minimum graduated from reputable university, Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or Science. Master Degree (S2) will be more preferable
• Minimum 1 years experience in managing data centre in enterprise scale.
• Holding minimum CDCP/CCNI/ MCP certified
• Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and english proficient (written and oral)
• Have good MS Office skill sets


Desirable Experiences :
• Minimum 1 years experience in managing data centre in enterprise scale.
• Experience in conduct monitoring management activity including deliver system performance statistics and reports in order to achieve SLA
• ExperienceConduct incident & request management service, problem management, change management, release & deployment and service improvement as assigned
