Work details
- Handling for project (Contact group companies to check and maintain the Laptop/PC conditions and maintenance)
- Handle inquiries from the clients in Japanese and English
- Response to customer's complain or problem
- Act as a bridge for customer and internal team
- Make regular report to management
- Other responsibilities as needed

- Menangani pertanyaan dari klien dalam bahasa Jepang dan Inggris

- Membuat laporan rutin kepada manajemen
- Tanggung jawab lain sesuai kebutuhan
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Fresh Graduates are welcome
・Business Japanese (N2) proficiency and Conversational English
・Willing to do shift work (midnight) and learn IT system & IT Service
・Microsoft Skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in handling clients/customers (help desk, customer service, etc.)
