Area Production Engineer *Supervisor～Manager / Insinyur Produksi Area * Supervisor ～ Manajer

<Job Responsibilities>
①Equipment planning/equipment conception: Verifies and decides on the equipment conception plan based on the required specifications of the product/equipment.
②Establishment of required specifications for facilities: Based on the required specifications for products, required specifications for facilities and equipment are formulated.
③Confirmation of facility drawings: Check the mechanical drawings and electrical wiring drawings of the facilities and equipment before production, extract problems, and correct them.
④ before shipment of equipment: Perform performance evaluation of equipment and equipment after manufacturing, correct problems, and confirm whether shipment is possible to decide.
⑤Equipment acceptance inspection: After receiving equipment, equipment, and products, performance evaluation is performed, and problems are corrected. Judge acceptance or rejection.
⑥Safety inspection: Based on the safety and health equipment standards, the safety of facilities and equipment after inspection is confirmed. after correcting the problem, will decide whether to introduce it.

<Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
①Perencanaan peralatan/konsep peralatan: Memverifikasi dan memutuskan rencana konsepsi peralatan berdasarkan spesifikasi produk/peralatan yang diperlukan.
②Penetapan spesifikasi yang diperlukan untuk fasilitas: Berdasarkan spesifikasi yang diperlukan untuk produk, spesifikasi yang diperlukan untuk fasilitas dan peralatan dirumuskan.
③Konfirmasi gambar fasilitas: Periksa gambar mekanik dan gambar kabel listrik dari fasilitas dan peralatan sebelum produksi, cari masalah, dan perbaiki.
④ sebelum pengiriman peralatan: Lakukan evaluasi kinerja peralatan dan perlengkapan setelah produksi, perbaiki masalah, dan konfirmasikan apakah pengiriman dapat diputuskan.
⑤Pemeriksaan penerimaan peralatan: Setelah menerima peralatan, perlengkapan, dan produk, evaluasi kinerja dilakukan, dan masalah diperbaiki. Menilai penerimaan atau penolakan.
Inspeksi keselamatan: Berdasarkan standar peralatan keselamatan dan kesehatan, keamanan fasilitas dan peralatan setelah pemeriksaan dikonfirmasi. setelah memperbaiki masalah, akan memutuskan apakah akan memperkenalkannya.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
■TOEIC 650- or Has N3 certificate
■Willing to go to domestic and international business trip (around 3months)
■Candidates who has below ①or②
①Production Engineering (Electrical Engineer)
 Graduated from a 3-year vocational school or higher in the electrical field (D3 or higher)
 Basic knowledge of basic electrical components
 Understand electrical circuit symbols and read electrical circuit diagrams
 Must be able to program and edit ladders correctly using a Mitsubishi PLC
 Practical experience in the production technology department, mainly in equipment and jig tool design technology
 Practical experience in process design and start-up of production processes
 Experience in facility design practice or preparation of facility requirement specifications

②Production Engineering (Mechanical Engineer)
 Graduated from a 3-year vocational school in the mechanical field (D3 or higher)
 Basic knowledge of basic machine elements and materials.
 Understand the basic rules of mechanical drawing and be able to draw machine parts accurately.
 Ability to design jigs and units with up to 30 parts.
 Practical experience in the production technology department, mainly in equipment and jig tool design technology
 Practical experience in process design and start-up of production processes

<Keterampilan / Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan >
■ TOEIC 650- atau memiliki sertifikat N3
■Bersedia melakukan perjalanan bisnis domestik dan internasional (sekitar 3 bulan)
■Kandidat yang memiliki nilai di bawah ① atau②
①Teknik Produksi (Insinyur Listrik)
 Lulus dari sekolah kejuruan 3 tahun atau lebih tinggi di bidang kelistrikan (D3 atau lebih tinggi)
 Pengetahuan dasar tentang komponen listrik dasar
 Memahami simbol rangkaian listrik dan membaca diagram rangkaian listrik
 Harus dapat memprogram dan mengedit tangga dengan benar menggunakan PLC Mitsubishi
 Pengalaman praktis di departemen teknologi produksi, terutama dalam teknologi desain peralatan dan alat jig
 Pengalaman praktis dalam desain proses dan memulai proses produksi
 Pengalaman dalam praktik desain fasilitas atau persiapan spesifikasi kebutuhan fasilitas
