- To lead, manage and ensure organization achieve business objective (profitable) and customer’s growth and satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing sales unit strategies that is aligned with overall corporate vision and strategy.

- Looking for any chance to sale some bearings to ohter industry. [Sales amount is getting from automotive indusytry mostly.]
- Ensure well running information systems are in place to enhance our capability and ability to deliver best service to our respectful customers.
[Requirement]
・Minimal 10 years or more working experience, with minimum 2 years of experience in Assistant Manager or Manager level.
・Have a good knowledge in Finance and Accounting. [Necessary to promote to GM.]
・Good English ability
・Marketing ability for new industry business
