Work details
Resposibilities :
- General Administration activities
- Answering telephone system
- Incoming/outgoing mail
- Flight, hotel reservations, etc.
- Purchase of office supplies, etc.
- Renew Contract, License, Permit, Certificate, etc.
- Planning some events for pumping up on office atmosphere. [ex.Birthday event, etc]
- HR matters - liaise with agencies for recruitment and hiring; Work Pass application, renewal, etc.
- Liaise with agency on tax for employment income, BPJS contributions, etc
- Ensure compliance to regulatory authorities
- Getting KITAS or IMTA for Japanese expatriate.
Requirements :
- Has strong knowledge in HR&GA matters
- Wiling to work as a team and multitasking
- Able to communicate well in English
- Ability of event planning
Desirable Experiences :
- Has experienced in HR&GA above 6 ~ 7 years in any industry
- Having experience of command to subordinate
Desirable Character :
- Able to communicate frankly with others, High initiative,
Tough person, and Detail oriented.
