Work details
- Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, analyze inventory evaluation
- Prepare detail account analysis and reconcile sales, cost & inventory, liability accounts by customer type by division/segments. Purchase Ledger Inventory
- Review and analyze inventory data perform analytical studies in regards to cost analysis
- Support and assist internal department reporting requirements such as audit schedule, tax schedule and others.
- Ensure timely submission, accuracy and validity of inventory
- Work in special projects as requires (if any)
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Experience as Costing/Purchase Ledger min 3 years in Manufacturing industry.
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to work in Karawang area.
- Prefer someone who domicile in Karawang area.
Special Skills:
1) Organization, accounting, data entry, general math skill.
2) Financial software, analyzing information.
- Thoroughness, reporting research result, good verbal communication, attention to detail.
