<Job Responsibilities>
- Draft and review various agreements and any other legal documents
- Provide sound legal advice on any potential or actual legal issues (including internal wrongdoings, claims, dispute, legal actions, court proceedings)
- Constantly research and updates on relevant laws and regulations
- Support and assist business units to negotiate contracts with their business partners Establish, review, and update internal policies, rule, or regulations related to legal and compliance matters
- Handle the creation, implementation, socializations and monitoring activities for any compliance related matters in the company
- Liaise, communicate and cooperate with company's regional legal for any legal consultation with and assignment from regional legal
- Support and assist sister companies on legal related matters
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Law, with min. 3.00 GPA from reputable university
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 5 years of working experience in private practice in prominent law firms or companies, experienced in drafting legal documents (ID & EN), and investment & acquisition matters
・Own certified Advocate License
・Good knowledge in Indonesian corporate law (contract law, company law, and investment law)
・Eloquent & good communication skill, good analytical skill, good critical thinking & problem solving skill
