Work details
- Preparing quotation, receive PO, handling delivery, maintain customers.
- Negotiate with customers and related department.
- Analyze customer complain (problem solving).
- Calculate & control stock order against delivery and forecast.
- Conduct internal & external meeting
- Preparing report (stock, sales, meeting, etc)
- Other duties as assigned.
- Mempersiapkan penawaran, menerima PO, menangani pengiriman, mempertahankan pelanggan.
- Bernegosiasi dengan pelanggan dan departemen terkait.
- Menganalisa keluhan pelanggan (penyelesaian masalah).
- Menghitung & mengontrol pesanan stok terhadap pengiriman dan perkiraan.
- Mengadakan rapat internal & eksternal
- Mempersiapkan laporan (stok, penjualan, rapat, dll)
- Tugas-tugas lain yang ditugaskan.
・Bachelor's degree
・2 years of experience as Sales Admin from any industry.
・Business English proficiency.
・Possess Microsoft Office skill.
・Gelar sarjana
・Pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai Admin Penjualan dari industri apa pun.
・Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris tingkat Bisnis.
・Memiliki kemampuan Microsoft Office.
