Work details
- Develop new product & make sample based on recipe request from Sales Dept.
- Responsible in all process of developing the new products.
- Responsible in development of existing products and new products, control raw materials, quality, food safety and 5S appropriately.
- Select vendors for raw materials and packaging according to Company requirements conducting a trial in the R&D laboratory and production, make the product.
- Supporting documents, facilitate sample requests from sales & marketing.
- Other responsibilities as needed
- Mengembangkan produk baru & membuat sampel berdasarkan permintaan resep dari Sales Dept.
- Bertanggung jawab dalam semua proses pengembangan produk baru.
- Bertanggung jawab dalam pengembangan produk yang sudah ada dan produk baru, mengontrol bahan baku, kualitas, keamanan pangan dan 5S dengan baik.
- Memilih vendor untuk bahan baku dan kemasan sesuai dengan kebutuhan Perusahaan melakukan uji coba di laboratorium R&D dan produksi, membuat produk.
- Dokumen pendukung, memfasilitasi permintaan sampel dari sales & marketing.
- Tanggung jawab lain sesuai kebutuhan
・Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition or related
・Business English proficiency
・2 years of experience as R&D Manager with 7 years of experience handling (Jam/Custard/Spread), Cheese, Savory, Cream in Food Manufacturing.
・Understand on Spread process expertise, Manufacturing Practices and Implement company policies regarding GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Sanitation and 5S programs and its work environment in food manufacturing.
・Able to drive and have SIM A
・Gelar Sarjana di bidang Teknologi Pangan, Ilmu Pangan, Gizi atau yang terkait
・Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris Bisnis
・Pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai Manajer R&D dengan 7 tahun pengalaman menangani (Selai / Puding / Olesan), Keju, Gurih, Krim di bidang Manufaktur Makanan.
・Memahami keahlian proses Spread, Praktik Manufaktur dan Menerapkan kebijakan perusahaan mengenai GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Sanitasi dan program 5S dan lingkungan kerjanya di bidang manufaktur makanan.
・Mampu mengemudi dan memiliki SIM A
