- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Strategize development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records
- Handling payroll
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Handling GA matter
- Other tasks as assigned
- Mengelola rencana kompensasi dan tunjangan
- Membantu proses akuisisi dan rekrutmen karyawan
- Melakukan orientasi karyawan dan membantu mengatur inisiatif pelatihan & pengembangan
- Memberikan dukungan kepada karyawan dalam berbagai topik terkait SDM seperti cuti dan kompensasi dan menyelesaikan masalah yang mungkin timbul
- Mempromosikan program SDM untuk menciptakan tempat kerja yang efisien dan bebas konflik
- Menyusun strategi pengembangan dan implementasi kebijakan sumber daya manusia
- Melakukan tugas-tugas seputar manajemen kinerja
- Mengatur tinjauan kinerja karyawan triwulanan dan tahunan
- Menyimpan file dan catatan karyawan
- Menangani penggajian
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan

・Min Bachelor's degree in Law/ Psychology
・Min 5 years experience as manager in Manufacture
・Have experience industrial relation
・Business level English
・Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum/Psikologi
・Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai manajer di bidang manufaktur
・Memiliki pengalaman hubungan industrial
・Bahasa Inggris tingkat bisnis
