Position : System Engineer for IT Industry
Location : Jakarta



Responsibilities
• Support in develop and create initial presales checklist to identify customer profile in order to continuity of pre-sales process
• Support in develop presales material such as requirement development, proposal including High Level Design, BOM, Schedule, Risk management and ROI, to ensure the solution meet with customer requirement.
• Support to ensure the content of project contract in order to make sure role and responsibility of BSI and customer in the project activity.
• Develop design phase by creating Low Level Design in order to ensure the design can be implemented
• Create the document of testing (Unit testing, System testing and UAT) including migration plan. In order to make sure the testing can be conducted as plan.
• Create training plan and material. In order to make sure the training can be conducted and meet with training objective.
• Checking and validate the design document of infrastructure project, started from To Be Design until Low Level Design, to ensure the design can be implemented and meet with customer requirement.
• Conduct & Control implementation phase starting from unit testing until training to the user and ensure the target and deliverable meet with plan and design.

• Support in create closing report and project closing report meeting in order to ensure all the project objective already delivered and project can be closed.
• Support in develop project planning in order to ensure the project planning comply with project objective.
• Support in develop configuration management in order to ensure the project documentation can be documented and tracked.
• Supply project progress report in order to ensure the project can be monitored.
• Support to ensure the content of Supplier agreement in order to ensure agreed scope, solution, timeline and mitigate the risk. Support in preparation of material as required for Control gate in order to ensure the project can be managed in term of quality and timeline.


Requirements
• Must have the ability and experience to handle Microsoft exchange server, domain control, active directory, email system and security system.
• Minimum experience: 5 years in System infrastructure
• Involve minimum 5 cycles in implementation project (new hiring)
• Good Communication English (Speak & Writing)
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of server infrastructure and technology (rack mount server, blade server) and experience in the virtualization technology.
• Knowledge and experience in data center management and disaster recovery
• Experience in System in infrastructure project.
• Experience in relationship with customer.
