Online Manager for Apparel

Position : Online Manager for Apparel Industry
Location : Sunter, Jakarta Utara


Responsibilities :
・EC site analysis for the customer who visits to our page. [Number of Access, How many people bought from today's visitor... etc. ]
・Meeting with some designer for how batik is showed and should be shown on web site and command to designer. 
・Deciding some direction of Graphics, UI, UX design with designer.
・Keep in touch with Japanese director and product manager for confirming about business processing and making some business plan.
・Working for not online manager things that Japanese director commanded.


Requirements :
・Working experience in Online Media Department.
・Be able to analysis of EC user.
・Skills of Adobe ( Adobe Illustrator etc) and Microsoft Office Words, Excel and PPT.
・Willing to work and study not only one's responsibility also others for startup.
・Be able to think separately between working and private. [Be able to concentrate for working even if has private stress]


Desirable Experiences :
・Skills of Adobe and Microsoft Office Words, Excel and PPT.
・Experience of team management a few years at least.


Desirable Character :
・ Able to work fast
・Good Intrapersonal skills
