Work details
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annually financial report (actual vs budget and its analysis)
- Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash & bank transactions and file invoices
- Supervise account receivable activities and all payments to vendor/supplier, monitoring report (A/P and A/R)
- Ensure the process of preparing and tax calculating, as well as the tax audit process accomplished properly
- Assist in income tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
-Prepare monthly financial report as well as maintain general ledger.
- Checking the suitability of the document with the input on the ACCURATE accounting system.
- Manage and liaise with the external auditor on all audit matters.
- Assist in goal setting and performance improvements for division staff.
- Other related tasks as assigned

- Menyiapkan laporan keuangan bulanan, triwulanan, dan tahunan (aktual vs anggaran dan analisisnya)
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi harian secara akurat atas transaksi kas & bank dan mengarsipkan invoice
- Mengawasi aktivitas piutang dan semua pembayaran kepada vendor/pemasok, memantau laporan (A/P dan A/R)
- Memastikan proses persiapan dan penghitungan pajak, serta proses pemeriksaan pajak dilakukan dengan benar
- Membantu dalam pengembalian pajak penghasilan dan persyaratan pelaporan perusahaan.
- Menyiapkan laporan keuangan bulanan serta memelihara buku besar.
- Memeriksa kesesuaian dokumen dengan input pada sistem akuntansi ACCURATE.
- Mengelola dan berhubungan dengan auditor eksternal dalam semua hal yang berhubungan dengan audit.
- Membantu dalam penetapan tujuan dan peningkatan kinerja staf divisi.

・Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Tax
・Min 3-5 years experience as Assistant Manager Accounting and Tax in hospitality industry (hotel, restaurants etc..)
・Have experience using Accurate accounting system
・Able join immediately
・Willing to work in Deltamas, Cikarang
