Has experience in the same position for around 2 years
Able to use AutoCAD 2D/3D
Mechanical/Electrical background
Has experience working in Japanese company is preferable
Has experience working construction or related industry is preferable
Has experience working in Japan (IMM or JIAEC) is preferable
