- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancement of Microsoft 365
-Continuously develop solutions and collaborate closely with stakeholders to tailor solutions for business needs using Microsoft 365
-Work with global teams to understand their requirements and to achieve the best performance utilizing Microsoft 365
-Analyze, design, implement, and deploy solutions on the Microsoft 365 platform
-Create any required documentation to facilitate user adoption and knowledge transfer
