Work details
•Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
•Develop and manage sales and marketing operating budget.
•Responsible for achieving aggressive targets.
•Monitor the sales status of the sales consultant and sales team, and report to appropriate Director in-charge, or the BOD.
•Manage the daily growth and development of the assigned campaigns.
•Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
•Update knowledge of new regulations, legal documentation and property management related to sales and marketing.
•Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities through multiple media channels.
•Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
•Influence, communicate, motivate and inspire team members to achieve departmental objectives.
•Monitor and follow-up on specific tasks and project deliverables.
•Compile, control and monitor the budget in accordance with budget allocation/limits with subordinates and report to appropriate Director In-Charge or the BOD.
•Design and draft, review and implement subject matter related policies, regulations, procedures and systems for operations.
•Provide guidelines and guidance to personnel on the application of procedures.
•Handle the relationship with clients, consultants, agencies and other departments are related to sales and marketing activities.
•Involved in the recruitment process for the Sales and Marketing department and determine staffing levels for the department.
•Provides recommendations on training and development, planning for subordinates.
•Analyses statistical information on staff attendance, overtime, and leave, address deviations or occurrences of abuse and/or workplace conflict through the implementation of corrective measures in accordance with Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
•Suggest to the BOD which staff/department should be involved in the project based on experience of other residential projects.
•Any other duties assigned by the Director in-charge of sales and marketing.
•At least bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent.
•At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Property Development industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
•Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
•Experience in handling legal documentation related to sales and purchase of residential projects and handing over of properties to purchasers.
•Familiar with preparation of financial models, project budget and regulation on foreign buyers’ policy.
•It is advantageous if the candidate is familiar with the Indonesian Omnibus Law about foreign ownership of real estate property.
•Equipped with good Microsoft office skill set (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Words).
•Fluent English
•Experience for sales and marketing in CBD Central Jakarta or SCBD.
