•To make a company regulation.

•To provide a support for Japanese Manager.
[Skill and Experience]
•At least 3 years experiences of management or Experience in the company of the start-up phase in an management position, preferable from same industry
•Bachelor Degree from Reputable University with minimum IPK 3.0
•Fluent in English oral, and writing.
•Can communicate in Japanese is an advantage
