- Has minimum 5 years working experiences in manufacturing company as HR
- Highly understand about Labor law
- Highly understand about Organization Development System
- Familiar with training & recruitment system
- Highly understand with payroll system
- Familiar with Labor union
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handling all HR functions : recruitment, training & development, compensation, payroll system, contract, organizational development, and performance management
- Resolves employee concerns related to health and welfare plans
- Conduct full cycle recruitment of employees : placing advertisement, developing contacts with recruting sources, interviewing, managing orientation process
- Manage staff training and development program
- In charge with ISO audit
