[Job Description]
•Manage all secretarial duties (Business correspondence in both English and Indonesia, translations for documents, filling management, handling correspondence of incoming and outgoing calls, e-mail and making a letters, maintain schedule, arrange an appointment, traveling arrangement, controlling general affairs and operation)
•Accounting job, and making extensive routine monthly expense report and sales report
•Support to Chief Representative

•Can start working immediately
•Minimum Diploma Degree in Secretarial or Administration, GPA min. 3.00
•Minimum 3 years experiences in related field
•Fluent English in both written and speaking
•Proven ability to work with computer skill, Data processing, MS. Office, Outlook, Internet
•Capable to work independently as well as in a team on multicultural working environment
•Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
•Good personality, Persuasive, Attractive and pleasant personality
